Long time, no see, eh? We're still here in Japan (Sakata), so no, I didn't get the god-damned foreign service job. If you've been in an embassy, or one of their offices lately, you'll realise that I was much too good for them. Oh, well. Shoganai, ne? I hope you are well. We are doing OK, in spite of the bitter winter weather we're having this year.
