Mel's new web notice page.

I'm trying to use this page to notify Mel's update to friends/family; mainly about Moay's picture upload status. Whenever new pictures or articles are added to Mel's site, I'll update this page.

Now we have pictures from end of this summer to Halloween just uploaded.
